accomplish deeper pressure including any or all of the following: use
of elbows, knees and feet for greater depth; trigger point therapy;
myofascial release techniques; muscle stripping; cross-fiber friction;
and more.

I will have to say there was pain involved but after it was done I could move body parts that I could not move in a long time. I am a lic massage therapist and I will say Dave is the best at what he does. After a hour and a half I felt like a new person. I also book another appt. as I walked out the door. A true gem on Long Island. |
